Thank you for trying to help but it did not help me. I have downloaded the installer and I'm currently installing. This whole problem is caused by AT&T not updating their web page to support newer browsers. I chose to emulate IE 9 and the AT&T page immediately changed to show me the option to download. This is much more complete that clicking on the compatibility mode button. One of the options is to run Internet Explorer in an emulation mode - it pretends to be an earlier version of IE. This brings up a debug menu for Internet Explorer. Once you have IE on the screen, press the F12 key. #Mcafee internet security suite removal tool windows 10However, Windows 10 uses Internet Explorer 11 which AT&T still doesn't recognize. Search from the File Explorer for iexplore (this is a link to Internet Explorer which is still buried in Windows 10. #Mcafee internet security suite removal tool downloadThe AT&T page that redirects you to McAfee for the download doesn't recognize the new browsers in Windows 10 (Edge). The problem appears to be browser related. #Mcafee internet security suite removal tool installMy objective was to assure anyone reading this thread that, in the event they can't get McAfee installed, their computer will still be protected without having to install another 3rd party security program while they continue to seek a solution for installing wrote: I would never presume to tell you what to do. I appreciate you trying to help, but to be honest, telling me to use another anti-virus program is not an answer to my question. I would still have it, if it weren't for having to reset my computer. But I want to use the one that AT&T has, I personally like it better. I had it before & I want to have it again. I know I also can use other ant-virus programs. I know that I have Windows Defender, which I am using now. Which I said before is incorrect, because I had it on this computer, with the same account before. Same issue as before, I keep getting either the constant looping back to sign in page or a page that says: We're sorry, the AT&T sevice you are attempting to access is not available using the login information you provided. I tried the McAfee Consumer Product Removal tool & I still can not download & install AT&T's McAfee Security Suite. So as you see it is not a McAfee issue, it is an AT&T wrote: #Mcafee internet security suite removal tool androidGoogle Android smartphones and tablets 4.0 or higher.I have 10.ĪT&T you are aware of this, but when are you going to fix this issue? McAfee already has on their end, but you have not.įrom McAfee's website for system requirements: I either get the constant looping back to login page or I get the page saying that I don't meet the system requirements for the operating system, that I need at least XP or higher. After 4 months of trying to download it, I still can not. But during the installation of windows 10 my computer had to be reset, so I had lost the security suite & had to download it again. I had it on my computer when it was windows 7. I have Avast right now, but I would prefer to have the McAfee security suite, I liked it better, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. It has been 4 months almost, when are you going to fix this AT&T? I have spoke to AT&T about this before & all I get is the same answers from them, that on their end it has not been synced in their computers yet. But you can not download it from AT&T if you have windows 10. When is AT&T going to make the security suite windows 10 compatible? If you get it right from McAfee, it is compatible. 1st off please do not answer this question with the answer to use another anti-virus program, because that is not answering my question.
